So what is your passion? You probably get this question a lot. I heard this often when I first decided to pursue entrepreneurship.
If you look up the definition of passion, you’ll find, “an intense desire or enthusiasm for something.” So again I ask, what is your passion? What do you desire? What would you love to do everyday because it makes you that happy?
I’ll share mine with you. I have a LOVE for fitness. I’d say that it is my passion. Although it may not look like it now (baby fat), I do enjoy working out. I don’t get that burst of energy that people claim they get in a session of exercise. I enjoy it because I’m doing something to better my wellbeing.
Another one of my new found passions is helping mums. I didn’t grow an appreciation for a community of mums until I had my daughter. Being a mum is HARD. It’s demanding. And a lot of women feel so alone when they begin mumhood. I most definitely did because only those who are in your shoes really understand what you’re going through mentally, physically and emotionally.
One thing I’ve learned is that when life hits you, sometimes your passion can go out the window for a period of time. I’m here to tell you to keep pushing through!
I’ve experienced many ups and downs since my surgery on my wrist. Enough to just throw in the towel out of frustration and I honestly haven’t been myself. I’ve had very MANY trying times over the past few months because I let other things take precedence over MY God-given passion. So trying that I found my first grey hair 😩 and yes…I did cry! It’s great though, because I got a wonderful wake up call! Thank You God!
I challenge you today, to figure out your passion (if you haven’t done so already) and find out what is holding you back from it! Self evaluate. I want you to make your passion a reality. Like now! TODAY. Good luck boo!
P.S. Keep On Blossoming, Mum!
